Compare with the cost of a new vacuum cleaner...
Looked at replacing the faulty cleaner with a new one - which I found to be prohibitively expensive! Purchased this unit for a fraction of the price and the "job's a good 'un! Great item!

missing part
arrived very quickly but had to return it as there was no LCD Display!ordered another one which arrived today. Yet again there was no LCD Display. not good enough!I have now ordered one direct with Dyson..surely it can't happen a 3rd time?

Broke a bit after 6 months
The vacuum is properly cleaned after every use, but it can't vacuum anything other than hard flooring, on the lowest setting. When I switch it to the carpet it stops and gets the clogged error. Got tired of dealing with it and spent a lot on spare parts, switched to henry.

Lange gesucht, um dieses Ersatzteil für meinen Dyson V11 Staubsauger zu finden, nachdem der Motor das zeitliche gesegnet hatte. Von Dyson selbst nicht lieferbar. Sehr schwach. Wenn doch, dann wäre es sehr teuer. Glücklicherweise über diesen Anbieter "gestolpert". Ware kommt aus UK. Hervorragend verpackt und Original Dyson Ersatzteil. Obwohl Versand eigentlich > 2 Wochen dauern sollte, war die Ware bereits nach einer Woche da. Top. Eingebaut und passt einwandfrei. Staubsauger funktioniert wieder wie neu. Viel Geld gespart gegenüber einem Neukauf. Wichtig: wie vom Anbieter beschrieben, das Teil passt für die V11 Ausführung bei der der Akku geschraubt ist.Bin rundum zufrieden. Würde jederzeit wieder von diesem Anbieter kaufen.
