Handle does not fit the base cover and lock/springs came loose.
One of the handle does not fit the base cover it came with. The lock and springs just came loose as I was testing it with the key. Unable to put together. Fortunately I only need one of the two handles and I don't need a lock.

COULD NOT REMOVE KEY!!!
Nice product if you don't need to lock door and take key with you!To whom it may concern,Key had to be forcibly removed! Took apart handle, took out barrel, put vise-grips on key and turn and pull and turn and pull more, etc. I have no problems with handle. Fits nice, looks great.Can you please send me just the barrel and key?

Missing parts.
Missing the nut caps. There is nothing to screw the bolt into.
