The rug was exactly as described. When it arrived and was unrolled there were a few creases in the edging but they disappeared overnight so that it was completely flat. It looed smart and seemed good value for money.

Excellent value for money and exactly what I wanted. Very tidy and flat, suitable for a high footfall area. Keeps carpet underneath clean. Item came rolled and sealed perfectly. I bought from a different retailer previously and it was folded and creased up. This one was rolled and delivered perfectly, just unwrap the black bagging and the shrink wrap and put into place. Would recommend and will buy again.

Love this kitchen runner it' a perfect size looks lovely .Great value for the money .however I was very disappointed with the delivery. The delivery man buzzed the number of my flat . I waited for him to drop my parcel off at my door I had to go looking for him .I found my parcel in the foyer and anyone could of taken it .we have had lots of parcels going missing

Actually purchased this for a very small office. It is a bit small but I knew that when purchasing. However it’s fantastic and no one can tell it’s only a mat as it looks like a fitted carpet (the kind you get in corporate offices). Very easy to vacuum and desk chair rolls over it with ease (i.e not too fast like on a wooden floor and not too slow/getting caught up as with a carpet). Absolutely perfect for my needs. Would 100% buy again.
