Excellent Customer Service
My Squishmallow came a little deflated and floppy which was disappointing. I hoped she might fluff up out in the open after being in the box, but no dice. I mentioned it to the seller and asked about their return policy. As it was the last one in stock, they just straight up gave me a full refund! I likely wasn't going to be able to find another Kimia anyway, but I can use that refund to get some more good quality stuffing for her and hopefully I can get her nice and fluffy. In the end, I'm happy. Thank you again!

Big and squishy
What more can I add to that title? Kinda like memory foam, it has some push back. Nice & huggable. My daughter loves these things.
