Good bath salt for relaxation and calm.

I suffer from anxiety and have had insomnia really bad lately so I bought this product to help me relax before bedtime in hopes to get a full nights sleep. And it did wonders. I used this product along with essential oils and slept all night and woke refreshed the next day. I usually just use Epsom salts, but I wanted to try something different. And glad I went with this product. Will definitely purchase again.

I added these flakes to a foot soak the other night. I often do foot soaks b/c I get heel pain from playing tennis. This was way better than traditional epsom salt because while it was relaxing like epsom salt, it had the added benefits of soothing my pain and adding in my sleep quality that night. I can't wait to try it in a full bath! I definitely recommend trying these flakes. Also, the company super responsive and helpful...great customer service!

I ordered ALL three of these magnesium flake soaks... AMAZING!!! I saw the flakes in a store but the person told me the flakes are big and probably would not dissolve well... I am happy to find that they dissolve just as they should, quickly!!! All of the items have a wonderful calming, soothing, inviting aroma... I will DEFINITELY reorder all of these and recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality Organic soak to add to their medicinal/pampering basket. The scent of this product is truly intoxicating. I use it as a foot soak once a week for the magnesium intake, and as a stress relief aid. Soaking in the flakes helps me exfoliate dry skin on my feet. I love the product so much, that I ordered a bag for my employer. Thank you for wonderful product.
