if you are looking to have a bad time and waste time this laptop is for you!!
I bought it just for printing shipping labels and since the first day been having problems just 4gb of memory is slow lagging and the worst was when it ask me to upgrade to windows 11. It took 3 days to download and update and suddenly the computer was on but the screen off dark nothing nada.I will not RECOMMEND AT All now i have to wait for the UPS to pick up this laptop so that way they send it to the seller once it arrives it will take 7 days to give me my $399+tax $445 wait almost 2 weeks to get a different laptop and stop my business because of this laptop my present for Father’s Day.

Battery DOA
I had been using the computer for the first couple months plugged in on a desk. I took it to work and discovered the battery was completely dead but it was past the time to return it. Very disappointed
