How to Apply Always apply a Bluesky Base Coat before you begin. Apply 1-2 coats of your gel polish, curing under a nail lamp for 60 seconds LED or 120 seconds UV after each coat. Use Bluesky Nail File to file your nails to the desired shape. 2. Push back and trim your cuticles. 3. Gently use a Bluesky nail file on top of your nails to get rid of the shiny layer. 4. Clean your nails with Bluesky Cleansing Wipes. Now, to apply the gel, remember that the thinner the layers, the better… 5. Apply a thin layer of Bluesky Base Coat to all five nails, including the ends. Avoid skin and cuticles. 6. Cure for 60 seconds under Bluesky Lamp, it will still be sticky but this is normal. 7. Apply the chosen color in the same way as the base coat; a thin layer, avoid your skin. 8. Cure the gel polish for 60 seconds. 9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 to create the color each time. 10.
