Edit: 8/16/23 I'm nearly out of this bottle and I'll be ordering another one. This sauce is absolutely wonderful for spicing up curries and Asian noodles. The sweet hot flavor just sends dishes over the top.This hot sauce is a great alternative for people who think that other brands of Tabasco sauce are too vinegary. Good flavor and good mid-level burn. I love putting this on eggs in the morning.

This is a very unique hot sauce. It's basically just hot peppers and salt, no vinegar. But the peppers are hard to describe, very spicy but the flavor is incredible. Not overly sweet and not earthy tasting like some hotter peppers. Just a flavor that is bright and rich at the same time. I usually put on too much because I like the flavor, then my mouth starts burning :D
