HiTowClass III/IV Adjustable Trailer Ball Mount 8-Position (GTW 6000 lbs)

Arrived as expected and am using it for a Jeep Grand Cherokee that is much higher off the ground than my last vehicle, causing a significant tilt in my trailers. Appears very heavy duty. I'll probably bolt it on instead of using the pins as there are now 3 "wiggle" points as to the standard 1 on a regular hitch (the wiggling around of the hitch tends to make a lot of noise in the vehicle). One thing to watch - this hitch sits well away from the vehicle which has caused my trailer chains and wiring to not reach anymore. I'll have to extend both. Overall I'd recommend this hitch and I would buy it again.

Good solid Hitch…bulky piece…it fitted a little sloppy in my Truck receiver so I added some thin rubber strips on each side to quiet it down otherwise it does the job and levels out the different size trailer Tows…

I needed to drop my hitch 8” due to a newly purchased vehicle.This unit is constructed for increase load and tongue capacity/weight my reason for opting to this assembly.Well constructed and will have the attachment available soon as not to have to remove ball and replace with a different size on same mount.Makes interchangeability much easier if you have a need for multiple sizes.Follow up.... Ordered and received the extra ball mount attachment to quick change different ball size.

I bought this and appreciate it for the ability to raise and lower the hitch ball to match the height of several trailers, especially from an F-150 truck I have that has been raised too high already!BUT... it comes with two pins to mount the sliding portion on the basic hitch, and they leave it somewhat wobbly, sloppy, and each time you accelerate or stop, the unit wiggles a little and 'clacks'.It would be better if they had provided two bolts with washers and nuts to securely assemble it, AND, they should include another pin to secure it to your vehicle!With no bolts, you will need THREE pins and clips. Fortunately, most of us with trucks and trailers already have several hitches and can borrow a pin from another hitch, but... a third pin should come with this one.
