I had issues with delivery as well, some pieces were missing. I contacted the manufacturer directly because stuff was on back order. They gave me all the missing parts and made me whole. Set up was easy and it works amazing now. Happy with the purchase!

I'm not the "slam the weights" kind of person, but very sturdy once bolted down to the studs. Was about to install everything by myself. I never fold it up but I like to have the option. If I ever move, I'll buy it again.

I'm about to lose my sanity with this company. In 13 of years shopping on Amazon, I've never felt compelled to write a review (especially a negative one) like I do right now!Today is 5/1. I have been in possession of my product for almost 1 month, and have yet to be able to use it due to damaged/incorrect parts.4/7 - I ordered the HULKFIT Pro Series 2.35" x 2.35" Folding Wall Mount Power Cage.4/13- Product delivered. The stringer bracket which holds the rack to the wall was damaged (pinched in so far the crossbar didn't fit in it) to the point that it couldn't be used. We attempted to contact Hulkfit (they do not have a phone # & are extremely unresponsive via email).4/17- After a barrage of emails from both myself & my wife they finally reply, but only communicate via email. They let us know a new stringer bracket would be shipped ASAP.4/21- The "replacement" bracket is delivered. I immediately go to bolt it on to the stringer, but can't because it's too long. The bracket sent appears to belong to a different product all together. We email, again, multiple times.4/24- They finally reply via email, to ask us for more details than we've already provided about the issue with the replacement piece. They then let us know the replacement will be sent out tomorrow.5/1- The "replacement" shipment was delivered. Before even opening the box, it was obvious that what they sent was not correct as the piece that we need replaced is approximately 4-6" long & weighs about 2 lbs. The box was about 4.5 feet long & weighed 10-12 lbs. The "replacement" piece sent this time was the full stringer (which we have two of that work just fine), but what we need is the stringer BRACKET which attaches the stringer to powercage crossbar.So here we are.. I assume by the time that we hear from them again it will be 1 month from the date that we ordered this home gym set up, and have yet to even be able to set it up.I don't even know what to think.. do Hulkfit reps have ZERO knowledge of their own products? Would it not save SO MUCH time & money to just have a phone conversation with a customer to get it right the first time.The final email has been sent requesting more thorough communication & an overnight shipped replacement of the part we originally requested be replaced. If this is not handled in a satisfactory manor, we will be taking action to return this product (and the other Hulkfit products we purchased to go along with it; Vertical Weight Plate Storage, Barbell Clamps, Spotter Arms, Y-Dip bar attachment) & starting over with a different company.

TIPS:--Used bushings and a long thick screw for a barbell mount on the upper right arm.--Get horse stall mats. Period. They are the best don't mess with any other thin kind you'll find its a waste of money; if you're going to pay an arm and a leg for at least 3/4-1" thick mats might as well spend a little more on horse stall mats.--Get the rack installed professionally or by a handyman, it's a big deal to know what you're doing for something like this. EXAMPLE UGHHH: If installing in GARAGE CONSIDER THE SLIGHT SLANT of the floor. Just get a professional/handyman.***ASSEMBLE RACK FIRST THEN PUT UP AGAINST THE WALL to find proper mounting location. DON'T measure the height of the rack then measure and mark the wall.TESTIMONY: Super late review, keep in mind I bought June 1, 2021 when there were no reviews. So, so happy I found this because I been researching locally and online for months and couldn't settle for those super expensive and overwhelmingly heavy duty wall mounted racks that's 3x3, super thick metal, heavy, and some mounts almost high as the ceiling. If you don't know go to a showroom or find someone selling them and check out their setup. Those are too much.PROS: This is a perfect and MUCH CHEAPER alternative at 2.5x2.5, durable, less heavier overall but strong. I believe this is what the majority of people are looking for and it's fairly new on the market so I'm sure it'll catch customers quick.. again, cheap, space saving, and reliable squat rack, plus free shipping!CONS: Minor handful or less of knicks , but nothing to even complain about or that visible or distracting when assembled (especially being shipped to Hawaii). Main 4 black pins aren't fitted to the holes (only reason for 4 stars) so the yellow legs can move left to right a little bit, but placed metal sheet squares underneath the legs to fix the problem! Also the smaller gold pins that help secure the 4 main black pins I mentioned are pretty tight to fit in, but I fixed the problem by sanding/shaving it down so it slides in better. However, I don't use most of them.COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS:They provide the necessary screws to mount to wood and concrete, but not metal. Not a big deal, I ended up buying heavy duty self drilling anchors for drywall instead of deal with drilling into metal. 7-8 anchors on each stringer, supports I think 1,200 pounds total whatever the pounds per anchor is I forget.

Takes a little time to assemble but definitely worth it! Works good.

This is what everyone needs. Let’s be honest, only if you are an Olympian you may need something bulkier. For the rest of us peasants, this is more than enough. How is this not more popular? All my parts came in, I had no issues assembling it or installing it. Yes, I do not like the yellow legs but if the color is my only complaint, I am a spoil brat. Get it new not used so you don’t have to deal with missing parts.

The rack was not hard at all to put together and get mounted. Quality was beyond what I was expecting, especially for the price. Wry happy with purchase!

I order one and the box was shipped falling apart. Bolts were missing. I called Amazon and they sent another out only to find it tossed in my driveway with box in worse condition that the 1st. This time item was missing an entire mounting arm and bolts! Amazon refunded us partial amount and was able to keep both to swap parts. It’s was a small hassle but both items arises with scratched and nicks. Once mounted it work perfect and very sturdy.
