Faulty remote, but easy fix!!
The fan serves its purpose, and is great for the price. The beeping is a bit annoying. I’ll probably see if my husband can disable that. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS REMOTE CONTROL ISSUES!!! So did we. But thank goodness my husband looked in the battery housing and saw that the negative sides (the springs) were angled down and not getting a good connection to the batteries. He bent/manipulated the springs and voila, the fan works perfectly. I hope this helps others!

Beautiful light with 'disappearing' ceiling fan.
The media could not be loaded. I originally bought this fixture for the guest bedroom. But, after she saw it, my wife insisted that it go in the living room. This more than doubled the work I had to do. Because, we already had a ceiling fan in the living room. Anyway, wifey is always right. So...The assembly and installation of the fan was straightforward. I've installed countless fans over the years. There was one drawback that, if I didn't have experience, tools and materials at hand, would have prevented the installation. They included two types of hardware to mount the hanging bracket with, one for mounting into solid concrete and one for mounting into a solid wood beam. Neither of those is applicable to the majority of homes built in the US.Most homes built in the US, from the mid-20th century forward, have wiring boxes in the ceiling to support the overhead lighting fixtures AND ceiling fans. These boxes are usually tagged to a joist or cross brace. The boxes have pre-threaded holes for attaching the lighting fixtures to. Most light fixtures and ceiling fans INCLUDE the necessary plates and screws required to attach them to the ceiling wiring box.Note: there is a difference between a ceiling box and a junction box. A junction box DOES NOT have the same configuration as a ceiling box and cannot be used as such.I am a true DIYer and have a vast amount of hardware. So, I was able to complete this installation, without having to call on a 'pro' or make a trip to the hardware store. As you can see in the pic and video, the completed project turned out very well and we are very happy with the results. However, if you have never installed a ceiling fan before, you should get a professional to install this one. A pro will know what to do and how to do it, in overcoming the lack of correct mounting hardware.Again, this is a beautiful fixture. It works very well. The three function lighting (soft white, warm white and full bright) is a notable feature. The fan operates very quietly, with no wobble. It produces a very nice breeze even at it's lowest setting. The timer feature is nice, too.I had to knock off one star, because of the obvious exclusion of hardware. But, it's still a great fan.

Beautiful
This little fan/light is not only pretty, but the fan really moves a lot more air than you’d expect. Just be aware that the crystals will shine an interesting pattern in the room and on the walls. I get lots of questions from guests that think there’s a lace pattern on my walls.

Gorgeous
The media could not be loaded. I wasn't expecting them to be so glam as I bought them for our office space and den. The are not over the top glam but are absolutely ✨️. Fyi they are LED lights on the inside no bulb. I wasn't paying attention to that detail when I purchased them.

Fantastic, customer service!
Good quality fan fits quietly, and not obtrusive with decor. The blades are not visible and it looks like you have a nice light fixture unless you turn them on. I don’t like the look of ceiling fans. I have low ceilings and this is the perfect fan. I had an issue with the remote control and did not want to pay Electrician to remove and reinstall. Amazon contacted the seller and they were very quick, courteous and apologetic for the issue. They promptly sent me another remote mechanism to go into the fan and handheld as well. I like this fan so much and the excellent customer service. I’m going to order two more.

Nice Fan with warnings
I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but despite loving the overall appearance after installed, can only give it 3. First, the intstallation. I do all home improvements myself and have breezed through many ceiling fans, light fixtures, wall switches, etc. This was slightly more complicated due to the installation of the remote modules, but they were fairly straightforward and easy to figure out. However, trying to attach the crystal light frame was a nightmare. The instructions have you do that after you have installed the fan, remote modules and lights. With 2 people on a ladder, it was virtually impossible. Had to completely take the entire fan down, attach the fixture, then put the entire assembly back up and rewire it. That cost my rating 1 star. Second, there are absolutely no operating instructions whatsoever. It was only through trial and error and guesswork that I finally figured out how to change the color temperature on the light. Also, the warm color setting is not nearly as warm and somewhat amber as pictured. Additionally, each time you turn on the switch, the light automatically comes on at the brightest level and you have to use the remote to change the color temp every time you turn it on. Also, turning the switch on does not turn the fan on. You must use the remote each and every time. There is no memory to hold your last settings. Again, there are zero operation instructions included and you are on your own to figure it all out. They, despite having a domain for email, have no website where you might find info. And, am still trying to figure out how to wipe down the fan blades on both sides to keep them clean, as when the fan is turned off, you canonly wipe part of one side, but not the other and you can't have the blades extended, but not running to be able to clean. Having said all that, if you are willing to figure out the best way to install on your own and are willing to jump through all the hoops necessary to get to your preferred settings every time you turn it on, it is a really nice looking fan.
