The media could not be loaded. Purchased For : Rs. 14,999/-Have been using this product for approx. a month now & am extremely happy with my purchase. It really has been a good decision to buy it online.Things I Liked :* Product is as described & looks exactly as shown in the pics, very beautiful.* Flow of the water from the pots is good, makes good sound which is pleasing to the ears.* Customer Support & after sales service that comes with this product is too good.The seller is very polite, keeps good communication & is always supportive.* The fountain has built in LED lights which further enhances its look.LED's look cool during night.Things I didn't like:* The packing in which this product comes, makes it too bulky. Actual product weight is approx. 5 Kg but the dried up rice grass in which it comes packed makes the overall weight of the box approx 20 Kg which is too heavy. It gave me a real hard time to get the box inside my residence.* No instruction manual or seller contact detail comes along with the product.So first time users like me find it difficult to operate the fountain. I was literally clueless on how to use the pump, what precautions to take, etc.It was only upon using the "Ask a seller question" from Amazon app I messaged the seller & then got a call back.After that, one to one direct communication was smooth.* Default 12W submersible pump that comes with the package is So-so.Upon informing the seller, he shipped me a higher wattage (18W) pump (Free of cost).With the new pump I was facing no issues with water flow.Conclusion : Overall I would say it's a great product with good pricing combined with the after sales support from the Seller.Must buy for those who believe in Vastu as it brings good luck, positivity & peace.Recommended!

Picture says it all!
After doing some research, I've bought this piece from Big Bulk. I've put this water fountain in my balcony and you can see from this picture how beautiful it looks. After placing this fountain here, it has become my favorite corner. I am also happy with their after sales cutomer service as they have followed up with me if I received it on time and guided me with installation. The packing was good, it was covered with dried grass and came in a thick box and the quality of fountain is good. I am totally happy with my purchase.
