This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features a painting of robots in a police line-up. Eric attended the Academy of Art and the University of San Francisco and went on to establish himself as a commercial artist, creating illustrations for Mattel Toys, Levi's, Microsoft and Showtime. A member of both San Francisco's and New York's Society of Illustrators, Joyner is an instructor and speaker at several California institutions. His work has been featured in museums, galleries and cultural institutions worldwide. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.
