Like how it fit and charged the phone. Did not like how u needed to charge separately.

I love this charging case honestly unlike previous once I had over the years it is not super bulky & heavy. ¹. Can charge my phone for up to 3 times ². It charges my phone fast ³. Can charge my phone while the charging case at the same time ⁴. Once my phone reaches 60% it automatically turns on Super resistant I have 3 kids and my youngest being 1 year you can imagine the time this has been drop. My last one actually broke and I try different cases like the outer but it wasn't for me. I move a lot and with work, business, kids and other stuff I barely have time to put my cellphone to charge so this is a huge help.

I've gotten 4 of these...I buy them just so I know I'll have another one in case. I can not charge my phone for 3 days with this battery pack on my phone

Second time buying this battery case. First one lasted around 12-16 months before it stopped holding a charge. For $25 I bought a second one. I don't mind if they don't last very long due to the cheap price point. I tend to recharge my phone 2-3 times a day with this case so it gets heavy usage. Can't live without the case now. It fits the phone perfect and functions as described but might not last multiple years. Rating 4 out of 5 stars due to the case no longer holding a charge but still doing what I need while the case did work.

First one right out of the box start to have some issues , powering on and off my phone out of blue, power on/off btn had no affect on the situation, re order a replacement, 1 day it was as expected, second day started to see the same issue, where you phone in the case , on the table, starts by itself powering on and after few second no charging, then again , and it might go for a day ... not good. Returning

Received the battery case and put my Samsung Note 10 plus in the case. At first I could not get the buttons to work on the side of the phone case. After wiggling it around a bit I was able to get them to work, but they were hard to press and just did not seem to connect well with the buttons on my phone. I had charged the phone case fully and my phone was down to 29%. I began charging and ran the Ampere app on my phone to see what kind of charge I was getting. It peeked out about 1,350 milliamps. Then I plugged in the phone case to my wall charger hoping the charge rate would increase, but it continued to charge at the same rate, which takes away the value of having a fast charger for your phone. In short it just didn't work the way I wanted it to, you are better off just using a jump charger when you need a boost. Returning it.

I use it all the time fits well on my phone holds up well on dropping it on hard wood floors an fully charges my phone even years after owning it. Now when I fist got it I cud charge my phone two times from death to full now its only one time but even having my phone near dead battery to bring it to full from that cool I'll be buying one more for my new phone when ever that happends

This is a case of you get what you pay for. The product is bulky, but that's not really an issue for me. I just plan to use when I'm out and about and heavily using my phone. However, if you plan to use the S-Pen it's just about impossible to get out unless you have really small fingers. Also, it doesn't charge with the charger that came with my S10+. Fortunately, I had older chargers I can use, but if you don't, you will be out of luck. On the same note, it does not pass through USB, so you cannot connect to a computer with the device. Finally, removing the device from the case is just awful. You have to push on the camera to get it to an angle to remove. Pretty poor experience. Now, the nitpicky that shows you the lack of quality. Text inside says, "When dismounting Battery Case,please don't warp your iPhone in huge angle,Or the connector of Battery Case will be broken." I don't expect the world to have perfect English, but I'm suspect of the quality of a product that lists the wrong phone it's for (Samsung Note 10+ not iPhone) and that can't pay for a decent translation.

followed up with seller , no response after a reply to share order/product details. replied with complete details and now no response. Its a costly item and it should at least work for a year or two at least.
