My chickens LOVE these. They act like crackheads and fight eachother for it. They clearly enjoy them and behave very actively when feeding on them. I think it is worth the money!

Bret product and awesome value. My chickens love these little treats and come running when I open the storage can. If one gets out these are magic Pied Piper treats to get them back in their safe yard.

I bought these to supplement the bird seed I put out. I don't know if the birds like them, but the skunks sure do. Now I put some out for the skunks. My wife and I enjoy watching them safely from the house at night.

Storytime!!! Soooo... a BIG mistake was made and I'm not sure I'll recover. I didn't close the box of soldier fly larvae and the dogs found it. Didn't notice until I went to pay the grub tax for the spoiled birds (if I forget, their union rep calls me at all hours of the night & early morning). I bet you're thinking, no big deal... reorder early and they got some extra protien. You'd be wrong. Less than 6 hours later, they started dropping stink bombs that would clear a room. However I live in a dome house. Big open Floorplan= fast smell travel. Tonight, they are even sick of their own "scent". We kicked them off the bed because it's so bad I was almost ill. My poor sweet husband said he couldn't really smell it because he uses a CPAP and blissfully went to sleep... until now, at 12:30 am and he popped up gagging and clawing the mask off his face like it was an Alien facehugger. Our sweet, bloated, and clueless dog had gone to the floor and laid directly next to the intake of his CPAP and released a cloud of foul so bad, I was checking for bombs under the bed. My husband was in tears, wretching and laughing. The dogs are confused and whining. The bird's treats are rationed and I doubt anyone is getting any sleep tonight. I think this is what hell will smell like. By the time it faded, they'd drop another. PS, the box should really warn about keeping away from dogs.

My chickens love these for the occasional treat, and a great way to train younger pullets to come to you and take treats from your hand.

All my chickens love these. I have many laying hens, itty bitties and 1 rooster and they all go after these as soon as they hit the ground. They will ignore their regular food looking for all the worms mixed in. So far, none of my chickens have turned away from them. Even my smallest chick likes them. They will fight over the worms. As for people mentioning a bad smell. They are WORMS not roses. They are going to stink. I keep mine in the original bag in a food safe 5 gallon bucket. I would order again and do recommend them to all fowl owners.
