We set out to create a hangboard with most training options. The simplified design gives you the freedom to train how you want. We dont think a hangboard should tell you where to do a mono or a two finger pocket. We let you decide if you are going to do those monos narrow or shoulder width apart. The top of the board is 2 pad training (2nd knuckle), next rung is 1.5 finger pad, then 1 full pad, and the bottom line is 1/2 pad training.
