Would these work for children, or would the earplugs be too large or the band too wide?

We have not tried them on a child but believe that they would work. The band should not be an issue because it is flexible.

Where can i buy the orange ear plug for replacement? Mine is dirty now..

Most of the time you can find the orange ear plugs at any big box store. They are fairly a standard ear plug, so most retail stores carry them.

Will these protect my ears in the pool?

These are for hearing protection. I have used these for years for hearing protection for loud noises, loud machinery, only. I would think these would not work for the pool. Since a regular ear protector for water should be used. One that inserts in the ear and is held in place under its own pressure and fit. These here can move and that would allow water to intrude. Although you could contact the manufacture to get the best answer.
