KnitProKP10944 Wool Needles,Aluminium, Multi-Colour, Set of 3, 10 x 2 x 2 cm

Well what a disappointment, the needles came very promptly, I received them this morning. I've now started to sew the wool ends of a garment I have crochet but as soon as I used the first needle the nylon loop of the medium size, pink one came out. I did not tug hard on the needle, it was a simple task that just needed a large looped needle, so I was not very happy. Unfortunately I can not recommend them.

I have used the beige coloured ones of these for years and have often said and indeed in a review that perhaps some coloured ones could be manufactured.Now Knitpro (I am a big Knitpro fan) have done it.They come as you see in three sizes so you can choose the length you prefer for the job you are doing.If you look closely you will see the nylon loops are kept in the tubes by the tube being compressed. I have to admit here that if the yarn I am using goes "tight" I do not pull with the needle too hard in case the nylon loop comes out of the tube part.

Really pleased with this purchase. It has made sewing up my knitted blocks to make a blanket so much easier. The flexibility of the eye is the main advantage. Would definitely recommend!

These little needles look and feel lovely and you can thread a good thickness of yarn through the little plastic end. However I'm sorry to say that the plastic broke one first use of my thinnest needle and I wasn't going through a mass of knitted material. Had to revert to the good old plastic cheap as chips needles which look ugly but worked!For this reason I am only giving three stars in my review. Shame as I adore Knit Pro items.

I love these, I have a muscle wasting disease, which is now affecting my hands..... I find the most difficult thing to do is thread a bodkin, it’s nigh on impossible, with these I can thread the needle through my work then shove the wool through the loop and pull it through, no more struggle..
