Nice sturdy table
We love the table! It fits within our small apartment and doesn't take up a lot of room when it is folded in half. We use it for studying and as a breakfast table when one of the side is down. It is pretty stable when used fully and is enough to fit in 4 people comfortably. You can do 6 with 2 more people at the end and it wouldn't be a tight fit, but you'd have to consider not putting a lot of food on the table just to make room. There are 2 metal latches that helps to stable the table and the latches are a bit flimsy. The screws would not fit in perfectly. You can probably place 1 screw with each latch securely and honestly, it doesn't affect the table top at all that much, but would've been nice to just make sure everything fits.If you place the two flap down to make it a console, it stands just fine by itself and is not wobbly.Overall, would recommend for a small apartment or to use as a console and another table when guests arrive.

Great looking convertible folding table for small spaces
Love this table! Was hoping to find space in this little ‘breakfast nook’ in my new apartment for a table but was struggling to decide on a shape/size until I found this: a drop leaf rectangular table that isn’t ugly! I’ve been keeping it folded 90% of the time, but the fact that I can pop extra chairs around it and easily convert into full size is awesome for dinner parties or guests. Only issue is with construction/sturdiness: was pretty easy to put together alone but one of the holes wasn’t drilled evenly enough to line up a screw. Happens with cheaper materials and hasn’t caused any major issues, the table is a tiny bit wobbly from being convertible anyway. Definitely worth it for the price. 4 out of 5 stars for being a tad on the cheaper side.

Amazing stylish table with lots of versatility
I love this table. It's very easy to assemble and with adjusting tips the legs will stay flat and firm on any floor. Open both sides or just keep one for a work at the computer. I even use it for photographing luxury items to sell on Ebay using my studio lights. In times I don't need it stays discreet in the closet. A+ experience

Time and Energy Wasted - Broken Piece
When I first received the package, the middle part was broken. I contacted the seller immediately and they promised to send a replacement part. Well, two and a half weeks later see what I got, a replacement that does not match up with the holes!!!I wasted so much time and energy putting the table together and taking it away to find out that the replacement does not work. I guess I will just have to accept that I paid $150 for a half-broken table. The quality of the table does not match up to its price, might as well get a table from IKEA.

Assembled it alone- love it
I love this piece so much. It’s just what I needed in my tiny kitchen. I am a small woman and put it together by myself. It is very sturdy with one leaf out or two leafs out but it’s not very sturdy when both leafs are down and I have to prop it against the wall. But I hardly have one leaf down so it’s a minor issue.

Functional but not as sturdy as I’d hope
Overall, a good sized table and fit for a small space. I keep this open half way at all times, flushed with my kitchen island. Half open it seats two comfortable and 3 alright. Not sturdy dependent on where pressure is positioned on the table, but it definitely serves its purpose. Convenient and functional.

Cheaply made and it shows
Assembly was pretty easily done by one person. However, 3 screw heads broke off when screwing in the hinges, leaving the screws in the holes and making it impossible to replace them. While I like that this table is good for small spaces, using it is cumbersome. It doesn't balance well on its own so you have to hold it up right while lifting or lowering each side table. If only using one side at a time, needs to be against a wall to prevent it from falling over. Overall, I would probably spend the money on something with more quality and better design.

Great for small spaces
I was so excited to find this. It is perfect for our small craft room that doubles as a toy room. They can put the table down and have more space to play or up to do crafts or have a special eating area for the kids. It is pretty flimsy though. I do worry it might tip over when completely folded up, but it is on carpet. I feel on a hard floor you would be ok. We replaced a traditional sturdy dining table with this for space sake and I will not allow my children to sit on it as I feel it would break or tip over even with their small bodies. Very cool and looks ok, veneer table top etc, but again not too sturdy.
