I was worried at first when I received it because I thought it would be too soft to help much and it was smaller than I expected but I was so wrong. This pillow has been the most amazing purchase. I ordered it basically in tears from frustration and chronic lower back and hip pain which is the worst at night (I can’t take NSAIDs for pain relief so I needed other options). Ever since I received it, I haven’t had pain (and if I have it’s been so minimal). It also is versatile, I sleep with it in front of me, behind me, but also as a regular pillow as it fits perfectly into the crook of my neck as I sleep on my side with my arm under the pillow. It’s great when I’m on my laptop, or laying in my stomach, all you have to do is turn it around until it fits you right! It did have a bit of a weird smell to it, which I assume is the foam/gel inside it. But I sprayed some fabric refresher on it and haven’t noticed it since. If you are sensitive to smells, however, it may be a problem. Pillow case is soft like velvet and zips off for easy washing. Bottom of the pillowcase has grip so it stays in place in your bed while it supports you.

I got this side wedge to help my brother support his back and he found it very comfortable and helps him to be on his side . Get it , it will make a difference , especially if you are healing and need the extra support.

Its hard or me to keep it on the bed. when in place it feels good support.

I like this wedge rather than the normal triangle because of the 'trough' for your body but mostly because the portion to place under you is much thinner than a regular wedge - it stays put a bit better. But, I wish that portion was several inches longer. But happy with it.

I keep buying these as I keep finding uses for them. I have one to keep my pillow from falling between the wall and the headboard, it also just gives me a little lift. I use them to wedge my hips. I got one for each side so I can roll over without moving the pillow.Fantastic product

The product is too lightweight so it does not stay in position. The concept is good, but it needs to be heavier or weighted to stay in position behind your back. Most likely it would work very well on a couch. But I would rather sleep in the bedroom and that’s what I was looking for.
