These are just round bits of cotton. They have not been embossed or sewn together, so there's no way to separate one from the other, and they drink all the toner up. I had to order something else to replace these within two days because they're so bad. They also leave bits of cotton fluff all over your face. They can simply be used as cotton to finish them up, but you can get much better quality cotton for much cheaper at a pharmacy.
