When broken fingers had mended were perfect for exercising with this back to normal. Easy to use

It's great for individual finger strengthening. If you just squeeze a ball, the strongest fingers can do all the work. It feels durable and you can adjust your finger position to avoid pain while still strengthening the finger. I got red and yellow because some fingers are stronger than others.
