I just got this so I don’t know if it’s going to solve my problem but I wanted to let others know that just taking it out of the box, I like it 1,000 times better than the Magic Back stretcher. First, it’s ready to use out of the box Second, to increase the arc, all you have to do is rotate the bar on the back. The other one I ordered had to be manually bent and put into slots and it was impossible to do! I gave up once I broke a blood vessel in my pinky trying to get it assembled. With this product I took it out of the box and just laid down on it and wahlah! The stretching began. It hurt a little bit when I started but I I’ve already noticed some relief in my lower back. Very happy so far!

This is an edit to an initial negative review. It was my stupidity, not the item that was the problem. There is a 'crank arm' under the device that must be turned. I was turning it the wrong way! Bend the device slightly, then turn the arm to hold that position, increasing the arch. It should happen easily and smoothly. I bought this because the other type locks you in to three static positions. This one provides multiple, custom positions and happens to cost less and is more stable than the alternative. Highly recommend.

Just received it and already love it!Using it as a lumbar support for now. The build quality seems to be good and the arching mechanism is based on a metal screw turn which is better in theory than just curving a piece of plastic to hold over a plastic tab.Screw it clockwise for more arching and anti-clockwise for less.Long term update will be given later.Update after 2 months:The product is still good. The foam tore off, but that is expected.

Great product. I loved the other type with a back panel but i broke it. Im 6’5”, 300# tho. I got one of these and liked it even better but i managed to brake it too. I wish it was just solid beyond the adjustment arm anchors. Finally i got a second one of these and combined it with the back plate of the similar model and......BINGO! Oversized guy has healthy back and unbroken product. Still worth every penny

It's not a miracle worker but I have a bad back and it does help. I noticed a difference in my posture after two days of use (5mins 2x a day)

This stretcher is really very useful!It helps and improves posture.I have back and other muscles/nerves fatigue/pain, it definitly reduces fatugue/pain during sitting on chair, also people say that you can put it down on floor and lay on it 5-20 minutes,i did it several times i did notice little difference.All the way good product especially for this price, it is not very sturdy but it does its job 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Five stars for fast delivery. This is a perfect solution for my driving need. My lower back starts to feel uncomfortable when driving for more than 20 mins. I have to occasionally straighten up my back to relieve me of some pressure but with this device I find myself not doing it anymore. It supports my lower back effectively. Highly recommend.

I like how quickly I got my back stretcher. It's pretty straightforward on his to use it. You twist the grip on the underside one direction to make it tighter, and you twist it the other way to release it. My massage therapists recommended this for me to use prior to massages. So far so good.
