Pedifix Dexterity Visco-gel Silicone Scar Management Sheets, 2-Count

I love to walk, but every sport shoe I've tried has hurt the tops of my feet no matter how I lace them. I stacked them with these (PediFix Dexterity Visco-gel Moleskin protective padding, 2-Count) and my feet are finally happy! These stick to your skin really well. I haven't had any trouble with them shifting on my walks. About once a week I wash them in the sink in warm water with mild soap, let them air dry overnight, and they're as good as new. They're showing a little bit of wear around the edges, but nothing unreasonable considering how many months I've had them and how much I walk.

Product itself gets 5 stars, but sheet dimensions not clearly described on site, which had indicated to me a longest side of 7". With less sheet for the money product is overpriced, so 3 stars overall.To explain: I received a sample of this sheet from a medical provider along with an elastic sleeve to cover a fully closed (scabs gone), newly healed scar on my arm. The provider said the sleeve would help the scar sheet stay on since the scar was on a rounded part of my arm. I was told to use it only at night and the elastic sleeve was checked by the provider to make sure it wasn't too tight. The combined sleeve and scar sheet worked beautifully, and two swollen "dog ears" at the ends of the scar have subsided. After removing the scar sheet and sleeve in the morning, I was gently massaging on a little bit of calendula ointment. It has been about 5 weeks and the scar now looks about as good as one could hope to get after surgery, although I am planning to keep using this method a bit longer. The provider told me to wash the sheet with a little soap and water and air dry it if it lost its stickiness.So then I thought I'd try the scar sheet out on a much longer, old scar. I had previously tried, but gave up on, the thin scar tape twice for that scar, which was always sticking to itself, as well as the scar cream. It meant a lot of searching for something that looked as thick as the sample with the same grid backing. I ordered this product (Visco-GEL) and it's exactly the same as what my provider gave me. But it is not as big as the 7" dimension noted on the site, which is disappointing in terms of price and intended use.I hope the company decides to make larger sheets and lowers the price for these tiny ones.

I used the scar sheets and loved them. When I tried to reorder I got some kind of thing for feet. On two separate orders they sent the wrong item. I give up with them. Seriously.

The last several shipment had decreased adhesiveness. The patches kept falling off.

I have Dupuytren's Contracture and use this product to successfully reduce the lumps in both palms. It is a fabulous product and I recommend it to anyone suffering from his disease.

Had a small scar on my thigh from a burn, about a 1/2 inch in size. Thought it might go away on it's own but after a month or two it looked like it was going to be permanent so I decided I'd try something. Bought this product & Derma-e Skin Care - Scar Gel. Used the two products off and on now for a little more than a month and was surprised to really see a reduction in the scar, at least 50% lighter and a bit smaller. Not a miracle cure but I'd say it's worth it.
