First, this is a great valve trim system from Moen. 5 stars.Amazon gets 1 star for selling a broken refurbished product.I purchased an “Amazon Renewed” item. Never again. The main valve assembly had one part missing completely and another part broken. It’s just too hard to refurbish something like this. Lots of critical, small parts.My return window was past when I installed the product and Amazon product support was useless. Every link they sent in an e-mail ended in dogs. The Moen contact info they gave me was for Canada and I’m a US customer. Super disappointing.Moen product support was excellent and very responsive! They got be back up and running in no time. Bravo to Moen for great support.This is a challenging DIY product to configure and install properly. Lots of opportunity for errors. I would recommend having a pro do the work for you.

Moen makes great products and this trim kit is great looking and easy to install.

The media could not be loaded.  As others have posted, the play between the lever and the trim is unacceptable. The lever flops side to side before coming into contact with the trim before the trim actually turns. I fixed it by designing and 3D printing a shim that fits from behind. You can find it on Thingiverse (thing:6327400).The product also arrived with a broken plastic tab, which holds metal parts together. When I called Moen they immediately offered to send out a replacement part at their cost, which is good.

Bought a condo that had been completed renovated 2 years ago. Within the first 3 months, we had very little hot water in our master shower although all other faucets had plenty of hot water. Finally found a plumber that identified an issue with the cartridge in the shower faucet. Unfortunately the cartridge in the old unit could not be replaced since it was a knock-off/off brand so we had to buy an entire new kit. Purchased this at the recommendation of the plumber. Problem resolved. Heavy duty and aesthetically very nice!

The media could not be loaded.  For the price of this trim kit, I'm very disappointed. It looks great when you first put it together but then turn the water control handle and that's where the problem is. The square piece around the handle and the handle are not connected so they move somewhat independent, see video.I reread the instructions thinking I missed a step but when I took it apart the square trim just snaps into the brass valve housing. The handle screws to the valve core. Such a poor design...

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this item last week and had it installed yesterday. I have two issues.The first is I am unable to run the wand and the overhead at the same time. I am looking into if this is a plumbing thing or a Moen issue. This is not a deal breaker, just a convenience that the old system had, prior to replacing it.Second is the fitment. There is no way there should be this much play in a handle moving left to right. I am a little shocked that this made it through Moen's V&V stages of design.I bought the associated rough for the back as well. Overall, it works as it should, I am sure I will get years out of it, just disappointed in the quality of this kit.

Used it with the Moen valve for a Rainfall shower, hand held and body jets. Works well on the hand held and rainfall but disappointed when I use the 6 Body Jets. Found out the valve is limited to 2.5 Gallons per Minuit which is not enough as the body jets need 1 gallon per min for each one.

I like mine but I didn't like that when the plumber came to install a balancing valve wasn't in the package. So this total norm plumbing fixture cost me $600 which was upsetting

Moen is great quality and this is no exception.Mostly solid metals although there is a plastic piece which is unfortunate.Moen are pricey- however the quality is there.

I've made a few purchases from this seller they treated me great when a small issue came up. will use them again.
