The Ozeri Fry Pan Lids also boast a sleek new design that features a pressure-release steam vent in the silicone rim for unobstructed visibility through the glass, allowing you to monitor cooking progress without delaying cooking or losing moisture. Each lid is oven-safe to 320 F (160 C) for the most demanding cooking and baking projects, and features an ergonomic insulating Bakelite knob handle that resists heating for safer handling.
