Despite being advertised as "strong" these actually have all the pulling power of a kitten. Frankly, they'd just about hold a sheet of paper to a piece of flat steel - but if there were a stiff breeze, you could say farewell to both paper and magnet.Having used up my previous supply of 8x3mm Neo magnets, I bought them for use around the workshop and they barely even stick to the cast-iron surface of one of my machines. Utterly utterly useless.
