Had issues but !!!
Had issue with this within the first week.Contacted them & they sorted it out. Very quick to reply & helpful problem was sorted out straight away. So I give 5stars,

The kid loved it!
My favorite purchase during quarantine! Solid product, great for stress relief - especially during these times. My oldest son loves to beat up his brothers. This is perfect and gives his brothers a break from getting beat up all the time. Took him a little bit to understand he needs both feet on the platform. It was definitely a hit! Good quality punching ball and gloves.

Not quite perfect!
The assembly was easy and at the point of pumping up the punchball the pump fell apart.The thin wall plastic pump had a crack which failed during operation.Fortunately my football pump did the job.It wasn’t worth the hassle making a complaint.

Durability sucks
I gave this to my son for his 13th birthday in April and it already broke! It leaked water from day one! My son loves boxing and tried taping it ...bless his little soul lol.This item was a huge let down.
