Denali Dark Couverture Chocolate Slab contains Cocoa Butter and 55% Cocoa solids. Denali Couverture chocolate is also ground to a finer texture during the production process to create a smoother finished product. Couverture chocolate requires tempering before use to prevent bloom from occurring. Tempering may add a little extra work to your process, but it will give your finished chocolate products a beautiful shine and textural snap. Denali Couverture chocolate is glossier in appearance, melts readily in the mouth and has a snap. Couverture chocolate is a superior baking chocolate.
