It's always hard to know...
...whether this type of Vitamin B Complex supplemental tablet is beneficial or not.Whilst I am not, and never have been, a great believer in the 'healthfood/supplement' business due to my greater belief in a healthy diet of fresh food including getting vitamins from what I choose to eat I cannot deny that a great many people do believe in them and, on balance, they cannot all be wrong.Having just had a recent 'full blood test' I got a positive result and yet I am also aware that this current pandemic has caused many people to loose out on their normal diets and thus a loss of some of the very basic vitamins that we all need. These tablets will deliver 100% of your NRV [Nutrient Reference Value] and there are some cautionary notes that you should read and be aware of. The NHS has an excellent guide to vitamins on the Internet and is a useful unbiased information source,Importantly it is the B vitamins that contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue - which is a current problem for many people and whilst a healthy diet provides much of the 'B' needs I thought I would try these and see if they helped whilst also being aware that over doing my intake of vitamin B was as equally bad as not getting enough. The tablet is small and easily swallowed and has a distinctive smell which I don't find off-putting although some might. Is it doing me any good? Well, it's early days but I do fell a bit brighter since I started taking them and I shall work my way through the whole pack and try to come back with an update towards the end of my 60 days. Please note: I was supplied with this product free of charge for giving an honest review [having used and/or tested the product in everyday use] which I feel I have done.Thank you for your time in reading my feedback/review – I hope it may have helped you in your buying decision. If this feedback/review has helped in any way please be kind enough to click on 'Helpful'.

Big container for such a small volume of tablets
So I've started using these just this week, taking them with my mid-day meal. Unlike other B complexes, I believe the dose is considerably lower as I don't wind up with the bright yellow urine that I do with some other B complex tablets. On the one hand, it's good to know that I'm not just passing it directly along to the drain, but one does wonder if the dosage is meaningful. The tablets are quite small, and while they seem firm with no chipping, there does seem to be a bit of yellow powder rubbing off and collecting in the container. I suspect they won't travel all that well as this may be indicative to fragile tablets. Also, they could have supplied a considerably smaller container as less than 1/10th of the volume is taken up by the supplement. So no big complaints, but not really that impressed either.

This vitamin B complex has a good range of B vitamins and is made in the UK
*B* vitamins are incredibly important for a person's energy levels, good health, skin, hair and nails ... they are also classed as water soluble vitamins which means that your body gets rid of any excess, so it is unlikely to cause you problems if you take them even if you don't actually need them.As we age, diet and ill health can deplete us of this range of vitamins very quickly and it is probably a good idea to take a vitamin B complex supplement as an insurance against being deficient in any of them. These particular vitamins come in tablet form and are easy to swallow with water. The amounts included in each tablet are as follows:Vitamin B1 (Thiamin Hydrochloride) 1.1mgVitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 1.4mgNiacin (Inositol Hexicotinate)16mgVitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) 6mgVitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 1.4mgVitamin B12 (Cobalamin) 2.5ugVitamin B7 (Biotin) 50ugPara-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) 13mgI am pleased to see that these tablets are manufactured in the UK which is something I look for in most supplements that I take.Dosage is one tablet daily so price wise this pot of 160 tablets (6 months supply) works out to be very cost effective.I have no problem in recommending this product.

Excellent price & easy to take.
I've been taking Vitamin B tablets for a couple of years now as it helps keep the body in good condition & studies have shown that it has a direct impact on your energy levels, brain function, and cell metabolism. There have also been studies shown that the smell of Vitamin B in your sweat seems to deter biting insects like midge, which is a boon if you live in rural Scotland believe me. It does seem to work as I've noticed that though they used to love me they don't seem to bother me as much since I started taking supplements. The Pharmanostix Vitamin B complex tablets come in one of the plastic flat bottles, not only do these bottles take up less space it allows them to be posted through your letterbox which means I don't have to head out to the shops as I can get them delivered. The 60 tablets in this one take up less than a ⅕ of the box so they could happily sell them with a longer supply without changing their packaging. [I have Vitamin D tablets about the same size in the same type of box & that came as a years supply].At £3.49 its a good price [about 17 pence per tablet] as you'll often pay up to £5 for a similar amount of tablets at the chemist or supermarket.Going by the ingredients on the back they seem to have covered all the bases in the Vitamin B complex & they are vegan friendly. The tablets themselves are an easy shape to swallow, though of all the tablets I have to take daily the smell of Vit B always makes me want to gag. But at least they leave no aftertaste.B vitamins are best taken in the morning as if you take them before bed at night they might stimulate metabolism and brain function too much for a relaxing or sleep.
