In my pharmacy we have had a traditional "bell you hit", shown in most movies for hotel check-in calling when the desk clerk is out back smoking a joint. :) It is harsh to my nerves and disconcerting when it interrupts my concentration in the filling of prescriptions, evaluating the "everything" of suitability of an order for a medicinal solution. So I bought this, and have recorded easily a variety of "vocal responses" to try. When customers hit it, they get an immediate verbal response which is good judging from patient response and reaction. It also seems to motivate my techs to "move to the patient" better, which is odd but this pharmacist will take it.... I would buy it again, but I would also buy something else that had better speaker fidelity.

Product is good. Just needs volume control.

I used this to make a boom sound for some play pieces we had for a gold mine tnt detonator mock up at a bday party and it worked great. Just record the sound you want with the record settings and you have it.

I bought this as a gag gift and it works. However, I hardly ever press the button because the recordings are so bad that they are hard to understand so it's really lost its usefulness or the fun part of it.
