Pump not switching on
Hi, we've had the mattress and pump since August 2023(2/3 months) and the pump will not switch on. Has anyone else had this happen and is there a way to get it started or do I need to return it and hope for some satisfaction?

Become too noisy
After a week or so the pump unit became so noisy that my workshop compressor was quieter. Only the dead could sleep with this running

There is NO product support for this item in the UK, if it goes Faulty ( the compressor stopped working after 3 Months ) Amazon won`t take the faulty unit back. Tried to get Vive Health to repair the unit, but they are based in the USA and have No Warehouse in the UK to replace / repair, although they were very helpful

Pump stoped working after 2 month
Bought this from amazon on January 8th 2024. Pump became faulty and stop working after 2 months. This product has only one month refund and return policy . There is no repair or seller contact information.
