Helps prevent whisker fatigue
I liked them so much I bought a second set. Not very deep and wide enough to prevent whisker fatigue.My cats previous bowls were narrower and deeper which would often result in the cat throwing up after she had eaten. I did not know about whisker fatigue when buying the old food bowls. Now I am older and wiser.😉

They are ok
The bottom parts that hold it stable fell off mine after a few washes which is shame as they are not suitable to use

There's only one velcro on one cup to keep this from sliding around (so it slides all over the floor and stands unstable)
