DO NOT BUY!! this device erased my SD card pics and support is non existent!! Despite their claims! Instead plug your camera directly into your computer USB to manage your photos.

Is this card reader compatible with windows 11?

Yes. Windows 11 is my OS, and this works with it flawlessly.

Has anyone done a benchmark on speed test? Is their claim of 5Gbps true?

The relevant answer is that this thing can transfer data faster than your card can read or write it. There are no cards available that will read anywhere near 5Gbps, much less write that fast. Late answer, but maybe it will help someone else.
