"It works without being strong on the sniffer"...
I have grade 3 osteoarthritis of the knee and occasional hip tendonitis so I like a rub designed for moderate joint pain or above. The REVIEW:PACKAGING/LABELING -- very nicely done and indicative of a well-made professional company; clear directions with ingredients listingINGREDIENTS -- there are a lot of more natural anti-inflammatory ingredients listed in addition to Glucosamine sulfate and Celadrin; given the addition of these latter two ingredients it may be what leads to the cost being a little higher than other lower cost rubsAPPEARANCE/TEXTURE -- a moderately thick smooth cream; not greasy or oily; goes on very easily and rubs in wellSNIFF -- not very strong and nowhere near as strong as most rubs I have used; I get a little peppermint and rosemary but that is about it; this is good if you're wearing it at work and don't want "everyone and their dog" to knowSENSATION -- very light if any tingle...maybe I forgot but if there was any it was super light; I put it on at work after getting up to a LIGHT towards MODERATE burning/pain level with my knees and applied it for the last 4 hours of my shift. I didn't experience any numbing or tingling but the pain did go down to very light and almost not there which is good. I don't know if I would go to this particular rub on my SEVERE days where I prefer those numbing/tingling rubs that make me forget I am injured but this is an effective rub so far.VALUE -- it is moderately priced based on all the numerous rubs I have used in the past (based on price shown today)

Worked Well for Swelling and Pain in My Wrist
A few days ago, my right wrist was burning, swollen, and a bit warm to the touch. Having been through this once before several years ago, I recognized this as the result of spending too much time on the computer using the same repetitive motions. I had recently ordered this pain relief cream, and decided to test it out. It only took a small dab of it to completely cover my wrist front and back from the wrist joint on down about three inches, which was the area that hurt. It absorbed quickly and completely, and did not leave either a greasy or a sticky residue. I could smell the menthol and camphor when I rubbed it in, but it was not overwhelming. Once the cream absorbed, I had to put my wrist up to my nose to smell the scent, and it was very mild. The first time I applied it, when the pain and swelling was at its worst, I could definitely feel the burn when I rubbed it in. The next morning I saw and felt a major improvement in my wrist. The swelling was barely noticeable, and the pain was minimal as well. I reapplied the cream, and did not feel as much of the menthol-camphor burning sensation this time. I was able to type and scroll on the computer all day, and it didn't start aching again until well into the evening. I applied it one more time at bedtime, and this time I just barely felt the camphor-menthol at all. This morning, after just those three times of use, the swelling and the pain are both totally gone. The last time this happened, in the same area of my wrist and from the same cause, I used other creams and lotions and it took weeks for the issue to resolve. I am definitely thrilled with the way this cream worked, and am glad this order came with two tubes.

It does work
I suffer from knee pain and wanted to try something other than my regular pain reliever which has become somewhat expensive as of late. This claimed to be an instant, or somewhat instant, pain reliever. Unfortunately, I did not find that to be true. It does, however, seem to be working as I use it daily. Instead of relief from pain it tends to be working to eliminate some of the pain experienced over time. That could be as good as instant relief. I am use to applying my regular product and the pain is gone but does return later. This is doing the opposite for me as it does not relieve the pain but stops it from becoming painful, or as painful as it has been. Been using it a week and it is better with each day. So, give it a try and wait a few days for results. It is suppose to contribute to blood circulation that will aid in the relief of pain. That is what it is doing for me.It included 2 bottles of pain relief cream. They have an interesting pump on the top that expells the exact amount needed for the area. Once the product is pumped up to the opening all you need to do is one press and out come a metered amount. Just rub it in deeply and you are done.So after a week I am walking with much less pain. THAT is a good thing!!

I thought it didn’t work because I didn’t feel anything, but it actually worked.
The cream is thin and easy to apply. My skin absorbed the cream quickly and it has no sticky residue and smell from the cream. The sensation isn’t really strong. I thought it would give me a similar feeling of IcyHot or Bengay after I applied on my bruised toes, but I hardly felt anything. I dropped my laptop on my foot and two of my toes are still in pain. I didn’t feel any heat or cooling effect for the areas at all, but the pain was alleviated. I didn’t feel a lot of pain when I touched the bruises and I didn’t feel too much discomfort when I moved my toes, so the pain relief cream was actually working for me. I was deceived by the initial impression, but I was surprised by its high effectiveness for pain relief. A twin pack is good value, I will keep one at home and one in my trunk in case I hurt myself from my daily hike.

Helps with arthritis pain
As soon as I received this, I had to open it up and apply it to the top of my feet. I suffer from severe arthritis pain on the top of my feet. I've been using another cream that is helping some but, not as well as I hoped. After rubbing this on, I noticed that the pain was gone. Even now, I'm flexing my feet and I don't hurt.Just two pumps was enough to rub onto both my feet. The cream is white so it takes a little bit to get it worked in so you don't see the cream. It does have a mint scent to it. Nothing that's too bad.And the price is nice too. Get 2 containers for a nice low price. Cheaper than what I'm paying for the other cream I was using.Anything that helps the pain in my feet I will gladly give 5 stars to. Would give 6 if I could.
