Great alternative for those struggling with large pills. I am able to tolerate on an empty stomach which works best for me as I take all supplements in the morning before leaving the house & I don’t usually eat breakfast.

In my opinion this is top shelf stuff. Your body’s absorption of this product is 98%! My goodness AND it’s Non GMO. Its tasty flavor can make you salivate more than usual and it smells wonderful 😄. Its texture is smooth, effectiveness is great , I think it would be depending upon the individual. It is a little pricey but you get what you paid for and that is Quality. Duration is upon opening keep it refrigerated.

Didn't notice any benefits
I went according to the reviews stating that this vitamin helps with energy but I found it to be the opposite. I haven't notice any difference unfortunately. It does taste good but it feels like I'm just drinking juice and not an actual liquid vitamin.
