I don't like that you sink into the mattress. I feel like I'm in hole, trying to climb out when I'm trying to get out bed. And don't be in a hurry for the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, if you partner is heavier than you, if you get too close, you're sunk down on the side furthest away from him and up on hill, closest to him. If you sit on the edge, that portion compresses and you feel like you are sliding off the bed and having to hold yourself on by your feet on the floor. Luckily, I'm tall and my my feet reach the floor, but if you are short, I guess you would have to sit in the middle and be in a hole again. I am really disappointed. It does sleep cool, but the surface is very slippery and you will need those sheet clamps to hold the sheets on. I would return it, but it's for our RV and we won't be living in it much longer. The house is almost finished being built. I will shopping for a new mattress for the house and it definitely will not be this one. I just changed my review. Every morning, I have been waking up in severe pain. It is to the point that I hurt all day long now. I went to visit my sister and it got late, so I stayed over. I slept on the 12 yr old mattress and I woke up in so much less pain this morning. I want to return this mattress.

Best mattress we have had. Super supportive and comfy all in one. You can not go wrong with this mattress. Almost no smell like most memory foam mattresses. I don’t usually give feedback on products but this mattress is well worth taking the time to do so.

I purchased this 12 inch mattress after some research and I have to say I have been very pleasantly surprised so far. The mattress has perfect firmness and is very comfortable and I have enjoyed sleeping on it. On top of this, the company has excellent customer service and they care about customer satisfaction. Initially my shipment was delivered to a wrong address and the company promptly offered me a refund in case I wasn't able to receive it. Again, one month after I purchased the mattress the price dropped by $100 during thanksgiving and the company offered me a refund on the difference to price match my purchase. Overall, this is an high quality and excellent product and I would highly recommend this company and this mattress to anybody looking to purchase one.

I was shopping around for a few weeks comparing mattresses and reviews before I found this one. At first I wasn't sure this would be a good mattress due to it not having many reviews posted about it. I love this mattress! It feels great and it makes me not want to get out of the bed in the morning. Some people have said that you need a pillow topper for it but I'm happy with mine the way it is. :)

Love it, its very comfortable! And soft. My grandmother paid over $1200 for her mattress and said that mine feels much more soft and comfy.

Very comfortable and not super hard! Thankfully. We'll see what I think as time goes on. Sleeping well on it now for about a month. Also bought a double 3 months ago and that's why we bought this one. Everyone that has tried them loved them. 3-5-21: still love it!!

I researched dozens of “bed in a box” and read countless reviews before I settled on this purchase. I was drawn more towards beds that had reviews in the thousands to get a better idea on comfort and duration. What stopped me from buying another brand was the negative reviews that explained that other beds were made with fiberglass.I stumbled across this one because it was labeled “fiberglass free”. For me it was the most affordable option in that category. The reviews were good but only had about 200 reviews, we really needed a new bed so I went ahead and decided to purchase anyway.The bed arrived in a few days. I expected to have to wait at least a night before we slept on it but the bed was fully formed in about 6 hours! It expanded to the full 12 inches on the corners as well. The bed was very easy to unroll and get set up to expand and there was not much of an odor for us.The comfort is as described in my opinion, medium firm, my husband thinks it is a little softer than that. He is slightly heavier than me so I think that has something to do with it as well. I am halfway through my pregnancy where it is only beginning to get difficult to get up and I have had zero problems so far and am getting up easier than on our old box spring. Not to mention I’m not waking up sore any more.It’s only been a few nights and I know any mattress can be comfortable for that long, so I will be sure to update after a few months, especially the further along I get in my pregnancy. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

Great mattress!! Best sleep I’ve had in years. I have degenerative disc disease and I wish I had bought this mattress sooner. The cooling gel foam helped a lot on those humid hot summer nights!
