I purchased this in my OT’s recommendation to acquire a ‘Philly’ collar for showering, post ACDF surgery. It worked well, was easy to use, and supported my head and neck ( a long 16 in. neck and 7 3:8 head size.) in a large size.

Didn’t work to immobilize. Flimsy. Bad buy.

This slightly works as a stabilizer. Soft foam that also will need to be wiped down with something, otherwise it does develop a bad smell.And to have a good solid hold you have to have the velcro pretty tight. This can choke though.Velcro has been strong.

Lightweight collar for neck support. Dries quickly so can be used while showering. Recommend a scrap of t-shirt fabric or washcloth under chin for comfort while eating. Little crumbs can be very irritating! Collar can also be dusted with talc for comfort in hot weather

Not soft at all and doesn’t support the neck’s aleignment.

This neck collar is comfortable, sturdy and affordable.

I have cervical scoliosis & have to wear a brace all of the time until u have my surgery & this made my chin sweat & made a sore on my chin, im not satisfied at all
