I have tried a bunch of supplements in the past. I give these a very high rating. I use 1 capsule a day after breakfast and that is enough. All the ingredients in this formulation are the top notch ingredients for that vitamin/mineral. You won't find a better supplement for your money. The only other brand that is comparable with this is Thorne Research's 2 a day formula. I alternate between the two.

As suggested by Dr.Mark Hyman’s book. I feel very good. It made my brain feel “on” in a way it hasn’t felt in years.

I have a terrible time finding multi vitamins without magnesium, as I'm very sensitive to it. I like these a lot, although they smell very strong. As long as you can get past the smell, they do what they are supposed to do.

These are great quality vitamins.

Provides all the vitamins and minerals I need and I only have to take two per day.

But I only need to take one a day since the niacinamide is very high

it took so long to find a multivitamin that had none of the things I don’t tolerate well and had everything I need at the right doses for my autoimmune diseases
