Q: Has the number of dusters in each box changed? One description says 3 per box, another says 5 per box.

2 bags with 1 handle and 1 duster in each bag. NOT 5 dusters shown in the picture.

Q: Will this work on thick dust that's built up on fan blades? Or do you have to tackle it with something else first, then use these for maintenance?
