I was told by my GP to make some lifestyle changes to not go onto BP tablets, so..... I got this as it's cheaper than a gym membership.I have a friend who advised on what to do (I do swear about him during my cycling). I do this while watching tv in my flat come rain or shine. So far I've kept it up every day and my blood pressure has come down nicely.Another benefit seems to be my knees aren't clicking or aching as much since staring this.It was easy to put together, nice and sturdy. The variable tension makes for a good workout and the pulleys give your arms a seeing to as well- win win.I'm 5ft 4 and it's a comfy height for me. Very lightweight and the wheels make it nice and easy to move in and out of the room.

Have been looking for an exercise bike for ages now and the thing I found most difficult was finding a bike that would be perfect height wise. I am 5ft 3in and don't have the longest legs and so I didn't want to have a bike arriving that would be useless.So this is perfect height wise, it's not even at its lowest setting. My son uses it too and he's 5ft 5 and so this setting is perfect for both of us.I wanted a bike that was foldable so to save space, but to be honest it's never needed to be folded up as it's used nearly everyday and it's quite compact and doesn't take up much space at all.It feels strong and sturdy and is comfortable, tho after an hour on it, it's inevitable that the seat isn't going to still be the most comfortable.The back rest isn't used too much but it's nice to have it when you just want a little rest and to take it a bit easier for a bit.The digital readings bit is brilliant, as you can clearly see how many calories your using, miles your doing, your speed etc & it's simple to reset it the next time it's used.It was easy enough to put together, a couple of tricky bits were I could have done with an extra pair of hands, but managed it in the end.So all in all, it's a great addition to the household and fantastic for the price, so well worth it.

Delivered on time and fast. Packaging was good but there were marks and scuffs on it. Though it's hard to say if this was used or just packaging and warehouse.Not the best instructions but fairly easy to put together. But not that straightforward. The tools provided aren't great but just about do the job.Was a missing flat washer. Curved one instead.Found impossible to add the foot pedals straps on.The seat isn't the most comfortable even for a short 30min workout.Bike itself is good, decent build, bit rickety and moves about a bit and squeaks etc as held together by simple bolts and nuts.On the whole however the bike does the job, it provides a good cardio workout to someone of below average fitness, or a good warmup. Or for someone older. It's nice that you have the hand grips to train top half body too.The seat being recumbent position is good if you have knees or joint issues.The tension and resistance isn't that great for most. But sufficient for someone below average fitness, over weight or old. And good enough for a warm-up. I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone of average or above average fitness expecting to get any challenge.For my purposes it was perfect, I just need something to get my cardio and fitness up, and get back into exercise. Love I can work whole body same time by cycling and rowing same time like a cross trainer. I have to keep on max tension with 5min max on 8 or 9 to warm up. And I got knee issues and massively overweight and obese (clinically), having put on 5 Stone in 8 yrs of zero exercise. However previously was v fit.I expect this will do the job for me for 3months to get my fitness up n get back into exercise, after which it will still be useful for warmups and light exercise. Or passed onto the folks to help them with light exercise.It seems pretty well made and sturdy for the price paid.It's light weight and folds easily. However I'm not massively impressed with the seat adjustment screws and wobbly hard seat. Also in order to fold uses another screw in adjuster thing. Which doesn't go in and out easily. Also can't really adjust the footprint of the bike so the seat is closer to the front handle part. Being bit shorter and wife even shorter 5ft5 and 5ft1 we find it a bit far back and have to sit forward on the seat. Spring adjustable as opposed to twisting screw adjusters would be better.All in all happy with product so far, and hope it will last. I'll update in 3-6m time provided it's all atull going well. Or re write review if it's not.The monitoring us great.I expect this should last for a number of yeArs (,even if just a warm up), if not I'd be disappointed.Fingers xd.

The media could not be loaded. Delighted with this purchase-Well packed and reasonable delivery time. Very thoughtful notes on each accessory box.-Assembly tools provided were adequate.- I was a bit daunted by the amount of bits to be assembled when we first opened the box. But got fully released after studying the manual. The assembly instructions on the manual were very detailed and clear.-It is made of good design and quality, strong components, has plenty of adjustments to suit your individual requirements.-The heights of the seats can be adjust by loosing the knob,removing it,sliding the bar up and down to adjust the level of seat, placing back the knob, secure and tight up.-The tension levels are also adequate. I’m exercising with level 6, and this bike could goes up to 10. This is definitely suitable as low cost weights loss solutions, burnt calories counts and displays.- The machine is very quiet, eased my concern of pointed issues quoted by other users in reviews. I was operating it when we were watching TV, no noises disturb at all.- I love the design of pull bungee cords, which you can also exercise your arms and shoulders- Additional hand holders in both sides of the seat is intimate thoughtful.- I’ve been playing it for approximately two weeks and would recommend this product. Satisfied in general.
