A longer cord would be nice, also a way to keep it off the floor so you don't get it tangled in the wheels of your chair.

Stays secure to seat, nice and thin for comfort. Shuts off more often than I like. Feels good, quality is good. Now I’m hoping for long term durability!

easy to use, heats up quickly, this is my second one, moved the original over to the passenger side of vehicle, and put the new one on the driver side. the old one is 3 years old and still going strong, just want to cover both seats. never had to use the support line so know nothing about that. As for pain relief, if you not wearing a big coat, or wearing a lot of layers because of winter, yes it does help with lower back pain because then you feel more of the heat intensity. Awesome for warming up in the winter!

Ac/dc adapter plug in broke after to days. I use it at work and I barely move in my desk chair. Tong broke off the adapter.Was extremely happy with product until then.

This cushion looks and feels fine, but it doesn't get all that warm. In fact, parts if we're cold while smaller parts got to lukewarm at best. Not worth it...my body heat heated it up more and faster than the element. Second one I've tried...I'm done with these.

I received this as a gift and LOVE it! It took about 1 minute to install ( I use it on my home office chair). The heat and timer is adjustable. Overall great product

I order this heated seat cover and it don't come with a wall adapter in the box. I will try to reorder and see what happen this time
