Q: will these fit a 2009 F-150?

They should work for a F-150. I have a Nissan Sentra and the fit well. They have some stretch to help fit to the seat so you should be fine.

Q: Will these fit in a silverado?

I doubt it. I used to own a Silverado and remember how big the seats are. They barely fit the seats in my Challenger and that's without hooking the straps that run under the seat. You might be able to stretch them some as I did but they are not well made and rip easily. I've already had to replace one After about 2 weeks and the replacement ripped in the same spot, I still use them though
