The best scooter in the lineup, by far. The latest model gives the performance that people have been looking for in terms of acceleration, putting it into sport mode gives you all the power you need to make tricky inclines a breeze. Standard mode will get you around as quick as is required and the eco-mode is a nice touch to save battery on longer journeys.It is brilliantly lit for nighttime trips, with a super bright inbuilt LED headlamp, great LED rear lights that flash to indicate breaking, and the underbody LEDs which can be changed in colour and pattern to suit your vanity needs.My only issues are that it sounds a little bit plasticky when going over anything that isn’t perfectly smooth, as the little mudguards rattle and the plastic body creaks, but that is purely nitpicking. With no real downsides, definitely worthy of a five star review.TopSpeed table to be sustained around 25 km an hour, going downhill the motors are capable of taking it past 30 if needed, range in a real-world exercise around 40 km unless you are a heavy user of sport mode, you won’t find much in the way of a drop. The energy recovery system is a nice touch in order to recover just a little bit of juice which might make the difference between getting home and having to push.

Delivery was fast, packaging was excellent, easy to setup, thanks to the seller and thanks to Amazon.I had used the scooter to travel 100km+ then I wrote this review:Pros:1- tires are made of rubber, high quality and durable tires.2- battery life is so good, at full charge ( both batteries) it can run 30 KM.3- it’s the fastest escooter I have ever used, maximum speed is 33 KM/h for body weight of 83 Kg.4- driving is smooth, both suspension systems do great job on shock absorption.5- excellent mobile application.6- strong motor, speed of 14 Km/h climbing a road of 35 degree, body weight 83 Kg ( other scooters can’t do).Cons:1- breaking system is not good and not bad, the breaks are attached to the front wheel, strong breaking is so dangerous.2- it’s hard to steer the scooter on curvers3- wheels are can’t handle Slippery roads at all.

I really like the speed the distance it could go beyond, the light effects and the appearance, what I do not like is that I can’t attach any external trolley wheel to keep it on the folding position in vertical to easily move it and transport it effortlessly by pushing only. Also I tried to ring the number indicated in Amazon for verifying the warranty coverage but the number is not in use anymore. Kindly resolve this issue for us the consumers, to be guaranteed of after sales support and assistance on our item. I applied for warranty for only 5 month old the external battery circuit board malfunction already, and the warranty is very slow to process and doesn’t provide any contact number, only through mail. I’m very disappointed with the seller after sale service. Very poor and slow.

Speed: Unexpectedly fastBattery: Great, fast charging and it keeps you for days.Scooter quality: To be ashamed of. The wheel has a huge problem with the bottom screws getting loose every single day. TERRIBLE! Not safe for daily trips and especially on rainy days with the tires being super slippery. Overall, i love the speed and the battery life but so disappointed with the product.

I personally enjoy this scooter because it is fast it goes up to 30 kmph within 5 seconds durable and waterproof and is an original Segway ninebot ES4 product the only 2 reasons I rated it 4 stars is because 1: the breaks are not bad but not good 2: because when you go over something wet the tires slip when you break.

Keep double-tapping that power button until the red S appears, then you're in full go mode. Just be soft on the throttle until you get the rhythm.There's a little hook in the middle to carry things, but don't expect to hang much. It's mostly to carry you around.Stopping is via resistance regenerative braking, so it's a little weaker than clutch brakes. If you really need extra stopping power you can step on the rear wheel - the mudguard there doubles as a scrubber. I'd prefer clutch brakes, but once you get used to the braking distance it's not a big deal.Battery life is phenomenal. I rarely run this thing down to it's last bar, and I zip around for around 30 minutes at top speed every time.

The battery has developed a fault in less than 9 months. We are unable to find out whom do call for repair. Pls let us know

This is really an awesome product I have no problem what so ever with it i bought this product on a sale of AED1,500 but it was totally worth it! I had no problem with it at all I would totally recommend it!!! No problem with connecting with blutooth it is very fat and can go up to 35km/h! its very smooth but a ratty but thats normal!!!!
