EBSMultiComp Blue Label Bass Compressor Pedal

Spent a little bit of time A/B turning it on and off and tweaking knobs a bit from the "recommended" points in the manual. Within a half hour I was able to find a setting a really liked and keep it on while performing.The On/Off switch works fine for me. I've only used it with 9V batteries so far and have not tried an adapter with it.

It's like taking your tone and mixing in a stick of butter and a cup of sugar.

Heard a dude playing a Wal bass thru this and was impressed. Got one and tried it with some high end basses running thru a 15" Glockenklang setup. Fodera, LeFay, Wyn, Zon, Spector and even a Ric. Every one sounded so good. It was like the pedal accelerates already great tone to next level. I probably will have to buy a second one. No secret to dial in either. Basically just flip it to Tubesim and maybe tweak the gain to 1pm or just leave all controls at noon.

Good pedal, but upon opening discovered these arent manufactured in Sweden anymore- now its China. And guess what? The footswitch doesnt work. The pedal is permanently on. Which is actually fine for a compressor but at this price point I expect a basic pedal function such as the actual footswitch function properly. $30 Donner pedas work better than this. Do better EBS. I want someone to contact me and send a new unit.

18Vで駆動してます。アクティブかパッシブの切り替えボタンも有るし、コンプ強めでも、アタック音が歪まない。電圧に依るヘッドルームが高いので、低音持ち上げても余裕です。まだ、使いきれて無いのですが、強弱の有る表現にはコンプ効くので不向きかな。スラップ向けです。中を弄ると音色(トーン)も変わるらしいですが、アクティブのベースなので、楽器側で十分音色調整は出来るので、素のままで使っています。あと、踏むスイッチがカチッと言わないタイプなので、好き嫌いが別れるかもしれません。(私はスイッチノイズが入らない気がして好きです。)電源は、最近のパワーサプライは、18V、12V、9Vに対応してる物も多く、acアダプターの煩わしさも無いので、取り回しも楽です。

いろいろな動画サイトやWebで評価が高かったので買ってみました。音の粒が揃ったのと、輪郭が明瞭になって、弾いててとても楽しいです。私はあまり上手ではないのですが、使ったら上手になったと一瞬錯覚しました。逆に指で強弱をつけたい時や練習時は不要かも知れません（目的からして当たり前ですが・・・）。参考にならないレビューですみません。
