Inhabiting countless streams along thousands of miles of pristine Alaskan coastline, Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon are the state's most abundant and wide-ranging salmon species. Biologists from the Alaska Department of Fish and game work closely with regional non-profit hatchery managers to supplement natural production, enhance juvenile fish survival and maintain healthy, sustainable returns year after year. Feeding naturally in the North Pacific for two years at sea, Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon return home with a delicately blushed meat colour and an exquisitely mild flavour. Our unique process involves catching the salmon using purse seine nets, taking them to the cannery, and then removing the skin and bones. This makes our salmon the perfect choice for a quick and healthy meal, snack or appetizer.
