Got this for my toddler and pretty pleased with the product so far. It comes with it's own protective case as show in manufacturers pictures, but they also include a thin screen protector. I took off the case and the actual tablet is great. Makes me jealous of my toddler. The screen is clear and the apps are easy to use. I'm so happy they have a Montessori app also. Item was received sealed and nicely packaged so I don't see any issue of previously used products. Overall A+

The protective case has come off less than a month after the ninety day return policy closed. I originally reported a safety issue concerning the ring pinching fingers also. My grandson loved this tablet, wish I could have given a better review. ☹️

To start my son LOVES the tablet! Howe ever the screen started to not respond to touch then went black all together all within 9 DAYS of purchasing. I thought hey these things may happen occasionally so I reached out to Amazon because I figure it was still under warranty. They told me to reach out to seller and the seller tried to tell me my “MONTH warranty” was up when in fact I purchased less than 2 weeks prior. They tried to get me to write a good review for a replacement but I feel their customer service was not good. Then they stopped replying to my emails when I mentioned that I had the tablet less than 2 weeks so it was well within the MONTH warranty. Long story short I liked the tablet but if you have any issues & need to reach out to seller GOOD LUCK!Ps AMAZON is replacing the tablet free of charge!

I'm happy with my purchase. We needed a child friendly tablet that we could play youtube on for our 1 year old who is obsessed with music. He prefers music over toys and cartoons. This tablet is able to run all his kpop music and its protected from our 1 year olds destruction 😂our 1 year old was taking over our tv's with his music so we knew it was time to get him a tablet that he could listen to music on while he plays. 😂😂 I would definitely recommend. Will buy another in the future if needed.

Loved the tablet itself with all the features, but I'm super upset that when I went to put the screen protector on it (that they provide) after getting it out of the box & find all these scratches on the screen! I tried to find a contact email but didn't see one that I know of.

I bought this for my 4-year-old daughter, it worked pretty good for about 3 weeks and then all of the sudden it just stopped charging. I would plug it in I tried three different chargers and it would not charge at all it died and would not turn back on. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed at first but Amazon let me return it and get a free replacement. I was so surprised at how fast and easy the process was. The day after I returned it we received the new tablet, so far it's been working great and I'm happy with the customer service. This is a cute tablet for children, comes with a screen cover and protective case. It does have some pre-installed games on it but I did have to go to the Google store to download Netflix and some other games. But overall happy with the purchase and my daughter loves it.

My daughter mostly uses it for videos and it works well enough. The case is great and very useful because it lets you position it multiple ways. One star off because the screen is a little irresponsive and I sometimes have to tap multiple times before it'll work. It has a drawing app, but it's not great for drawing on.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received this tablet, really nice tablet. Very efficient and fast. My daughter loves this tablet and uses various apps on this tablet. It's perfect for a toddler. Also, I had a wonderful communication with the seller. She addressed all my questions and concerns. Fast shipping!!! I highly recommend this tablet!
