It okay, it is just a vitamin to me, like B-12. It just made my urine very yellow. No weight loss.

Good Product
Obviously there is no magic pill to lose weight but this product helps me to control my appetite & I feel like I have more energy lately. I’d definitely recommend it as an additional supplement to weight loss diet since it contains some important vitamins and minerals.

Works well
Great product been using it for month and can see some results. All need to do is follow the instructions. The taste is good it tastes like B12 mainly which I like.
