Features: HeatTech floor heating cable is UL listed for USA (complies with electrical safety standards). Heating cable is only ~1/8" thick and will not raise the finished floor significantly. Comes with a single armored 10ft long cold lead wire for easy connection to the thermostat - no extra wiring or drilling. Sizing & Installation: Sizing is easy - simply select a HeatTech cable with area coverage which corresponds to the size of the heated area. 120V system allows for installation of up to 600ft of heating cable (150 sq. ft. at 3" spacing) on a single thermostat. 240V system allows for installation of up to 1200ft of heating cable (300 sq. ft. at 3" spacing) on a single thermostat. System allows to connect up to 3 separate cable runs to a single thermostat to match the size of the heated area. Installing cable at 3" spacing is recommended for optimal heat output.
