iPod Shuffle 2GB Purple (Packaged in White Box with Generic Accessories)

I ordered this pretty rose lavender but got a vibrant chartreuse. It records and plays back fine. The pause button doesn't work - I have to turn it off then turn it back on. I'm grateful someone takes the time to refurbish these and don't expect perfection. The imperfections I got are acceptable because the playback is clean. I would order another for myself but not as a gift.

I realized the the support window closed but I am not able to download any music. there's chinese music and I cannot delete. please help
